Before I even start creating your plan you'll fill out a short questionnaire so that I can learn more about YOU and your goals! From there I'll put together your meal plan that will ensure you'll be eating in a caloric deficit(which will help you to lose weight) and make sure that your macros are exactly where they need to be for your body to get into ketosis!

I fully understand how overwhelming and confusing keto can be which is exactly why I make sure that the meal plan I create for you makes eating keto as simple & easy as possible.     Can’t get enough!

    I’ve been a snacker (8 or 9 times a day, no real meals) my whole adult life. After putting on 20lbs since august I was desperate and went to Instagram for help. Coach Bre caught my eye straight away as she is local, super cute and seemed to know her stuff!

    I was not disappointed! The meal plans are easy to follow, the recipes are incredibly tasty and easy and for once in my life I’m only eating 3/4 times a day!

    I love the alternative snack list, the shopping lists and of course how approachable she is via email or Instagram.

    No, everything will be sent via email and can all be accessed through your smart phone, computer or tablet.

    Unfortunately no, I don't. Most of my recipes include some form of meat or dairy product.

    Once you fill out the questionnaire it takes me 24-72 hours to get your plan made and sent over to you!

    At this time no, just because majority of my recipes have some form of dairy in them.
