This isn't just "another meal plan" This is 1:1 coaching for you to be able to break free of the emotional food drama and lose the weight for GOOD. 

What happens after the 12 weeks?

At the end of the 12 weeks you'll get a structured exit meal plan that we'll go over so you know exactly how to continue this journey on your own. You'll also have the option to renew for another 12 weeks if you'd like to continue!

Any meal plan can be customized for breastfeeding. If you're a returning client you'll get a completely new meal plan from your previous. After you've purchased your plan you will receive an email with a link to a welcome/instruction sheet. From there, fill out the short questionnaire so that I'm able to customize your 4-week meal plan perfectly for YOU! Make sure to check your spam/junk mail, sometimes the email ends up there! There will be no refunds after you receive any digital products via email since the work and time has already been done to create your custom meal plan.
