Before I even start creating your plan you'll fill out a short questionnaire so that I can learn more about YOU and your goals! From there I'll put together your meal plan that will ensure you'll be eating in
a caloric deficit(which will help you to lose weight) and make sure that your macros are exactly where they need to be for your body to get
into ketosis!

Any meal plan can be customized for breastfeeding. If you're a returning client you'll get a completely new meal plan from your previous. After you've purchased your plan you will receive an email with a link to a welcome/instruction sheet. From there, fill out the short questionnaire so that I'm able to customize your 4-week meal plan perfectly for YOU! Make sure to check your spam/junk mail, sometimes the email ends up there!
