Not only do I create a keto meal plan completely customized to you that will you get into ketosis & lose weight but I also coach you through the mental side of things. So many people think that losing weight is just "physical" but there’s a whole other emotional side of things that ALSO needs work if you're going to make these results sustainable!

What's Included:

This is not a one size fits all plan. Every single one of my clients has different weight loss goals and should be treated as such which is why I will create a meal plan based on your current goals and food preferences! This plan will take the guesswork out of what you should be eating and give you the confidence to know that what you're eating is helping you to feel your best and achieve your weight loss goals. 

This is what makes my private coaching so valuable. Your mind is the most powerful tool you have and without knowing how to correctly navigate it, it makes sustaining weight loss almost impossible. Over these 8 weeks, we're going to dive deep into any mental blocks, beliefs, or obstacles that have been holding you back. Together we'll start to make the mental & emotional shifts in order to sustain your results. This is where the REAL work happens. 

This is a permanent space where each week you'll gain access to a new training that teaches you everything you'll need to know about eating keto + more. You'll learn how to test your ketones, go off plan, how to eat out keto + so much more. 

Over these 8 weeks you’ll have unlimited access to me within the Voxer app which allows me to coach you in REAL TIME! I check in with you daily here but it also gives YOU a space to seek guidance & coaching with anything you’re struggling with!

The tools & guidance to ACTUALLY lose weight and make sustainable changes in your life. As your coach, it’s my goal to not only help you lose weight but to be able to sustain it as well. During these 6 weeks together we'll develop tools and strategies that best fit the goals you're wanting to achieve. 

YEP! That’s right! That means that you can re-use your meal plan as many times as you’d like, go back and listed the course watch the trainings whenever you need and so much more! 

During our 8 weeks together you will receive weekly meal plans with new recipes. This is a huge perk of our weekly accountability calls because we can continue to customize and update your meal plans as things/preferences change over the course of our time together.

Over these 8 weeks I’ll pay close attention to how your body is reacting to the meal plan and how your weight loss progress is going. If at any point we need to switch things up we 100% can! Again, this journey is customized to YOU and I want to make sure you leave these 8 weeks feeling so confident and absolutely amazing.
