I’m a keto coach who helps women break free from the binge-diet cycle and lose weight in a way that actually feels sustainable.

I've been exactly where you're at. Scrolling through social media, comparing myself to every woman who wears shorts and a tank top and doesn't have to worry about their stomach hanging out or if their arms look "too big". Which only makes you feel worse about yourself which causes you to sprial and binge eat to try and make yourself feel better but you only feel worse.
