What's Included

This is not a one size fits all plan. Every single one of my clients has different weight loss goals and should be treated as such which is why I will create a meal plan based on your current goals and food preferences! This plan will take the guesswork out of what you should be eating and give you the confidence to know that what you're eating is helping you to feel your best and achieve your weight loss goals. 

This is what makes my private coaching so valuable. Your mind is the most powerful tool you have and without knowing how to correctly navigate it, it makes sustaining weight loss almost impossible. Over these weeks, we're going to dive deep into any mental blocks, beliefs, or obstacles that have been holding you back. Together we'll start to make the mental & emotional shifts in order to sustain your results. This is where the REAL work happens. 

This is a permanent space where each week you'll gain access to a new training that teaches you everything you'll need to know about eating keto + more. You'll learn how to test your ketones, go off plan, how to eat out keto + so much more. 

Over time together, you’ll have unlimited access to me inside an app, which allows me to coach you in REAL TIME! You can utilize it as much or as little as you need throughout this journey. Again, this is personalized to YOU!

Every single week, we'll have a 20-minute Zoom or phone call to reflect on how things went the previous week, work through any blocks you're having, and set goals and intentions for the upcoming week. 

The tools & guidance to ACTUALLY lose weight and make sustainable changes in your life. As your coach, it’s my goal to not only help you lose weight but to be able to sustain it as well. During this time together we'll develop tools and strategies that best fit the goals you're wanting to achieve. 

It's my goal for you that you'll continue to come back and watch these videos and re-use your meal plan as many times as you need. 

You'll get access to an app where you'll be able to access your meal plan, log your daily food (think carb manager but better), log your daily activity levels, and have direct access to me. This alone will give you the support & accountability you need to create sustainable change. 

I’ll pay close attention to how your body is reacting to the meal plan and how your weight loss progress is going. If at any point we need to switch things up we 100% can! Again, this journey is customized to YOU and I want to make sure you leave feeling so confident and absolutely amazing.
